These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our pet care services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Services
We provide pet-related services, including but not limited to grooming, boarding, daycare, and specialty services (including coloring). All services are provided at our sole discretion.

3. Pet Owner Responsibilities
By using our services, you confirm that:
• Your pet is in good health and free from contagious conditions
• Your pet is up to date on all required vaccinations
• You have disclosed any behavioral issues, including aggression or anxiety
• All information provided is accurate and complete

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

4. Payments
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings
• The remaining balance may be paid in person at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice

5. No Refund Policy
All payments made are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Cancellations
• No-shows
• Early pick-ups or service interruptions
• Dissatisfaction with service

By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

6. Aggressive or Unsafe Pets
We reserve the absolute right to refuse, stop, or terminate services at any time if a pet:
• Displays aggressive behavior
• Poses a risk to staff, other animals, or itself
• Cannot be safely handled

In such cases:
• Services may be stopped immediately
• The owner (or emergency contact) must arrange prompt pickup
• No refunds will be issued

7. Health & Emergency Care
In the event of illness, injury, or emergency:
• We are authorized to seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense
• We will make reasonable efforts to contact you or your emergency contact
• You agree to be fully responsible for all veterinary costs incurred

We are not liable for outcomes resulting from medical treatment or pre-existing conditions.

8. Liability Waiver
While we take all reasonable precautions, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Pet care involves inherent risks (including stress, injury, illness, or escape)
• We are not liable for incidents beyond our reasonable control
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or natural reactions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release us from any liability arising from the use of our services.

9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any pet or customer at our sole discretion, including but not limited to safety concerns, non-compliance with policies, or inappropriate behavior.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
