Boarding Reservation
Boarding Policies & Terms
Reservation & Payment
- All boarding stays must be confirmed in advance. Submitting a reservation form does not guarantee availability.
- Full payment is required at check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Rates are charged per night. A full day’s fee applies for any partial day beyond the scheduled pick-up time.
- Holiday stays may be subject to increased rates.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed at booking.
- Late pick-ups may incur an additional daycare or overnight fee.
- If a pet is not picked up on the scheduled date and no contact has been made, additional boarding charges will continue to apply.
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled drop-off date.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for early pick-up.
Health & Vaccination Requirements
- All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations prior to boarding. Proof of vaccination may be required at check-in.
- Dogs must be free of contagious illness at the time of drop-off.
- If a dog shows signs of illness upon arrival, we reserve the right to refuse admission for the safety of other pets.
- Dogs with fleas or ticks will be treated at the owner’s expense.
Medical Care & Emergencies
- If a pet becomes ill or injured while in our care, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner immediately.
- In the event of an emergency, we are authorized to seek veterinary care as deemed necessary.
- All veterinary and transportation costs are the responsibility of the owner.
Behavior & Safety
- Dogs must be non-aggressive and able to be handled safely by staff.
- We reserve the right to separate dogs or modify group play at our discretion to maintain a safe environment.
- Owners acknowledge that while we provide supervised care, interaction between dogs carries inherent risks.
Food & Medication
- Owners may provide their dog’s food. Clear feeding instructions must be given at check-in.
- Any medications must be clearly labeled with dosage instructions.
- We are not responsible for adverse reactions to food provided by the owner.
Extended Stay / Abandonment
- If a pet is not picked up within 7 days of the scheduled pick-up date and no contact has been made, the pet may be considered abandoned.
- The facility reserves the right to take appropriate action in accordance with local laws.
- All outstanding charges remain the responsibility of the owner.
Photography & Media
- We may photograph or record pets during their stay for social media or promotional use.
- If you prefer that your pet not be featured, please notify us in writing prior to the stay.
Transportation Services
- Pet transportation is available at an additional cost (if offered).
- While every precaution is taken, owners acknowledge that transportation carries inherent risks.
